Managed Insurance Solutions acquisition
Dear Valued Clients,
We are pleased to announce GIA Insurance Brokers has purchased Managed Insurance Solutions – Murray Bridge and Aldinga brokerages. Managed Insurance Solutions will officially trade as GIA Insurance Brokers on 10th of March 2023. On that date, our combined company will now have offices in Adelaide, Loxton, Berri, Waikerie & Mount Gambier – Including the newly purchased brokerages in Murray Bridge and Aldinga.
GIA Insurance Brokers has a strong presence in both regional and metropolitan South Australia. We will continue to support the local community.
GIA Insurance Brokers began as Insurance Services (SA) a insurance agency in 1999. Its growth over the past 18 years has been predominantly internal, stemming from the referrals of our client base and those of other professionals. The growth and development of our professional staff has evolved in a similar manner. We have attracted high-quality, committed professionals and invested in their training, development and growth. As a result of those efforts, we have experienced good growth over several years. This is directly related to the success our clients, their business growth and personal pursuits.
Insurance Services purchased General Insurance Agencies in 2013 and in 2017 merged Insurance Services (SA) and formed the current company GIA Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd.
Managed Insurance Solutions share the same values as GIA Insurance Brokers. Simon and Lyn Sickerdick felt that GIA Insurance Brokers were the best suited Brokers to buy their remaining brokerages as they shared common values in business.
These are the values that will not change:
- You will continue to work with the Simon, Lyn, Kaitlin, Brenten, Wesley, Leanne, Holly, Sonia and Kasey.
- The services we have provided you in the past will continue to be offered by the combined brokerage.
Our offices and our existing phone numbers will remain unchanged.
